The Reaching Higher for Healthcare Coalition is a coalition of living wage and healthcare advocates, progressive community leaders, political activists, educators, labor unions, and faith leaders who believe that hard working people deserve living wages, affordable health insurance, and healthy, safe communities. As the City of Los Angeles invests billions of dollars into modernizing LAX, we believe that the City must also ensure that the thousands of underinsured or uninsured airport workers have access to affordable family healthcare. This will improve security and service quality at our airport and protect community health.
